'OOOOH, PRETTY!' would probably be a more appropriate name for this post, but y'know, I wanted to be professional about things. I fist spotted this on Lipglossiping and it reminded me of the Guerlain Cruel Gardenia and Laura Mercier Rose Rendezvous highlighters - except it is only £13.
The Vital Enlightening Highlighter is part of the new 'Floral Brights' spring collection created with the help of Lisa Eldridge. The shade is a touch more neutral than the swatches I've seen of Guerlain and Laura Mercier, which I personally think makes it more wearable - but still peachy enough to warm the complexion. Blended, which is super easy as the powder is so soft, the effect is quite subtle so perfect for this time of year when your skin needs a bit of a boost.
Available online and in Boots stores - and definitely something to consider if you get a £5 off voucher with your next Boots receipt.

ReplyDeleteIt is indeed gorgeous! Stunning even, but the packaging is obnoxious! Each time i've seen it over the last 6 or so weeks i'm drawn but it's exterior colour/design makes me want to vom and alas i run for the exit. It's a shame....

Looks like i'm alone on the packaging...ach vell! Better take another looksie on how easily it'd be to depot, i'm frightened it'd break it's gorgeousness inside if i tried....
ReplyDeleteLoved the look of this product when it first hit the shelves at Boots but when I swatched on the back of my hand it looked sooo glittery as opposed to the nice glow in the packaging.. is this the case when applied??
